Gareth McAloon joins 12KBW as a new member of chambers

12KBW is delighted to welcome Gareth McAloon as a new member of Chambers.

Gareth was called to the Bar in 2010. His core specialisms are personal injury, industrial disease, clinical negligence, inquests and inquiries, and associated insurance work. He is ranked as a Leading Junior for Personal Injury in the Legal 500.

He represents both Claimants and Defendants in personal injury matters, mostly high value or complex evidential claims. Gareth frequently represents families, corporate interests or government agencies at Inquests.

Gareth was appointed to the Attorney General’s Panel of Counsel in 2020 on the Midlands Circuit. He has served as the Personal Injury Bar Association Midlands Circuit Representative since 2019.
