After over 7 years as General Editor of Kemp and Kemp: Personal Injury Law, Practice and Procedure, Nigel Lewers has been succeeded by Tim Petts.
A loose-leaf book updated twice yearly, the PILPP volume complements the main 4-volume Kemp and Kemp work by providing a practical guide to the rules, caselaw and tactics of personal injury and clinical negligence procedure. Tim and Nigel have both been writing for PILPP since it was first published by Sweet and Maxwell in 2005, on topics such as limitation, sanctions, Part 36, appeals, and ethical issues. Nigel succeeded the original editor, Andrew Ritchie QC, in 2009. The team of editors also includes David White, writing about provisional damages and MIB claims, among other issues.
