Nina Ross and Megan Griffiths instructed by Dino Nocivelli of Leigh Day Solicitors represented former ballet dancer Ellen Elphick in her personal injury claim against the Royal Ballet School.
Ellen’s case was that the School was liable for an eating disorder which she developed as a result of body-shaming by teachers whilst she was a student at the School between 2009 and 2012.
As reported by the BBC and featured on Woman’s Hour today, the parties have recently reached a financial settlement agreement.
