Steven Snowden KC leading John-Paul Swoboda and Helen Waller appear in the case of Johnstone -v- Fawcett’s Garage Newbury at the Court of Appeal today and tomorrow.

The claim arises out of occupational asbestos exposure and the appeal concerns the use of epidemiology evidence in proving causation.
