Rachel Lockhart

Rachel joined 12KBW in June 2022 and is Head of Business Operations.

She is responsible for the management and development of Chambers’ operational functions, ensuring that 12KBW runs effectively, efficiently and in compliance with its regulatory obligations. Her work spans HR, IT, facilities, finance, information security, data protection and business administration, and she works closely with Chambers’ management team to support members and staff.

Rachel leads on a broad range of projects and initiatives, from recruitment, staff wellbeing and policy development to IT strategy, GDPR compliance, business continuity and supplier management. She is committed to creating a positive and supportive working environment whilst ensuring Chambers continues to deliver the highest standards of service.

Before joining 12KBW, Rachel held senior operational management positions in the corporate sector, overseeing HR, IT, marketing, administration, facilities and finance functions.
