Navjot (2002 call) is recognised in the legal directories as a leading junior in Travel: International Personal Injury. He has extensive experience of pursuing and defending claims arising out of accidents and illnesses abroad. He is regularly instructed by tour operators, major airlines and cruise operators in defending claims under the Package Travel Regulations, Montreal and Athens Conventions.

Navjot has considerable experience in cross border claims involving issues of foreign law and in cases where issues of jurisdiction and conflict of laws arise. He frequently acts in claims involving foreign domiciled defendants, overseas insurers, foreign motor insurers and against the MIB for overseas accidents. Navjot also regularly advises and acts for claimants and insurers in high value cases of domestic public, employers’ and motor liability arising out of severe and catastrophic injury.
