Vanessa Cashman of 12KBW acted for the parents of 15-month-old baby Olly Stopforth in the jury inquest into his death. He died from an invasive bacterial infection leading to sepsis. The jury found that there was inadequate care at all stages of Olly’s admission into hospital and that had antibiotics been given to him, as they should have been, survival would have been highly likely.

This case has been widely reported in the media including ITV News and BBC News.

Vanessa was instructed by Diane Rostron of Addies Solicitors.
