Max has extensive experience of cases with an international element and has a strong interest in this area. He is experienced in handling claims brought under Rome I, Rome II and the Brussels and Montreal Conventions.
He is experienced claims brought under the Package Travel Regulations and has acted for both Claimants and Defendants in this area.
