The Supreme Court handed down its judgment in the COVID-19 business interruption test case on Friday, 15 January 2021. 12KBW will be hosting three short breakfast seminars, starting on Wednesday 20 January: with Harry Steinberg QC, James Beeton and Cressida Mawdesley-Thomas which will consider the judgment and its implications.
