Appointments to the Attorney General’s Panels are made through a rigorous, open competition, with candidates selected for their exceptional quality of advocacy and expertise.

Panel counsel undertake work on behalf of government departments.

Cressida’s appointment takes effect from 1st September 2026 for a period of five years.
