12KBW is thrilled to announce that Andrew McLaughlin has become a member of chambers.

Andrew (1993 call) is recognised in the legal directories as a leading junior in the fields of personal injury and industrial disease which form the core of his practice, but he is also regularly instructed in the fields of clinical negligence, health and safety, inquests and inquiries and insurance law.

Andrew is a member of the A Panel for Government work.

William Audland QC (Head of Chambers) says: “Andrew needs no introduction. He is an outstanding barrister whose reputation in our core practice areas goes before him. We are delighted that he has chosen to join 12 as his London set – he will continue to practise from St John’s in Bristol – and to welcome him into our fold.”

Oliver Parkhouse (Director of Clerking) adds: “Andrew is a fantastic addition to the team, and we very much look forward to working with him.”
