Pankaj Madan has authored his third book on serious injury claims. ‘A Practical Guide to Catastrophic Brain Injury Claims’, published by Law Brief Publishing, is now available for purchase.
Pankaj’s latest book follows on from his previous two titles, ‘A Practical Guide to Subtle Brain Injury Claims’ published in 2016 and ‘A Practical Guide to Chronic Pain Claims’ published in 2017.
Commenting on its launch, Pankaj Madan said: “My new book can act as a reminder and easy reference on the principal points for those who are more experienced and a pathfinder for those who are perhaps just setting out in this area of personal injury, perhaps with their first case, finding their way being led in a team.”
“It may also prove useful to some medical and treating experts, case managers and other professionals who become involved with severely brain injured people. Finally, the book may help some of the families who have been affected by a relative with severe traumatic brain injury to understand some of the principles at work affecting the claim.”
Pankaj represents both Claimants and Defendants usually only in high value severe, life-changing or catastrophic injury cases. The latter usually involve brain injury claims.
