Craig has returned to private practice after a three year appointment as Crown Counsel in Scotland, in which he prosecuted serious crime in the High Court of Justiciary. During that time, he conducted trials as sole counsel on charges of murder, organised crime and serious sexual offences. He also directed the preparation of high-profile and complex health and safety, tax evasion and money laundering cases.
Craig is returning to personal injury work in England and Wales and in Scotland, in which he looks forward to applying the advocacy skills developed in the criminal courts during his recent appointment.
